PPWSim: Privacy preserving wireless sensor network simulator

The Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) is a monitoring system consisting of large number wireless devices forming multi-hop network without infrastructure. WSN nodes are generally cheap resource-constrained detecting environmental features using sensors. Although well-established communication protocols for Internet systems can provide reliable and secure between peers, applying similar solutions on WSNs could overwhelm the technology consist of. Moreover, broadcast nature reveal contextual information to external actors eavesdropping RF signals. Therefore, it particular concern research designed explicitly preserve resources privacy. In this paper, PPWSim presented, simulator developed study privacy-preserving protocol edge data processing in WSNs. based simulation environment nsnam NS3; therefore, be easily extended or used as framework developing other simulators.
